We are here to be of a Service to our Clients in two Different ways:
Tailor-Made Party Planning, Design and Styling – We charge a flat fee based on Planning, Design & Styling as well as the scope of your event. Clients Tailor-Made Décor fees will be discussed and determined during the First initial Consultation, where we will commit to helping our clients have a Fantastic Day within their overall individual customized requirements and budget.
Catering Equipment, Food and beverages provided by the client, including (fruits, birthday cakes, cupcakes and candy). Staff will help carry presents to the car with an allocated Wagon after the party is d
The Day of Coordination Fee will vary, based on Client’s needs. This includes, Event Day Management, Event Planner and Coordinator will be on site to coordinate your Special Day. Maintain Contact with venue vendor, Contact and confirm all vendor to weeks prior to Event, Check for the Decoration set up, Lighting, seating etc.

- Vendor Referrals & Management /Assist in Picking Vendors
- Catering Planning Management
- Party Host for Event Timeline
- Assist in Choosing Favor and / or Gift Bag Design and Assembly only
- Setup of the Entire Event
- Oversee the Clean-up and Take Down of the Event
- Event Day Management – Event Planner & Coordinator Will be Onsite to Ensure that your child’s most imaginative thoughts and dreams can be turned into a reality, whilst you Relax and enjoy your Child’s Special Day like a Guest

Day Of Coordination & Event Support
“The Day of Coordination Fee will be charged as a guideline only as this rate is variable based on Clients needs”.
- Unlimited communication with client 2-3 weeks before Event
- Create a Customise Planning Checklist
- Coordinate with Vendors to Create Event Timeline for The Day of
- Create a Schedule for the TimeLine for the Day of and Event Support
- Coordinate Collection of Themed Decoration Items
- Conduct Venue walk-through for Design & Styling
- Manage Guest List
- Setup the Entire Event
- Oversee the Clean-up and Take Down of the Event
- Event Day Management – Event Planner & Coordinator Will be Onsite to Supervise the Event during Day of and to ensure Everything Runs Smooth whilst you Relax and enjoy your Special Day like a Guest

PARTY PLANNING, DESIGN & STYLING BOOKING POLICY
- A 50% deposit Payment of half of your Event Fee will be required upon signing to reserve your party time and date
- The remaining 50% is to be received 2 weeks prior to the party event day/date.
- A minimum of One Adult per family must remain onsite with kids 5 and under
- The maximum number of guests ( including kids & adults) will always be determined by the client and chosen venue
- All deposits are non-refundable in the Case of Party Cancellation. If you need to change the date of your party, we are happy to apply the deposit to the new party date, less a $25 change of date fee.
