Our shared Mission is that Victopia Events, will bring the party to the client’s home or place of chosen venue, offering young families in Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah and Sammamish, a Tailor-made quality Party Planning Service, for all Children’s Birthday Parties.
We will strive to give our clients a unique full party service experience – combining all elements of creativity, experience and Knowledge by synchronising all our talents, while acting as event specialists to throw the perfect party for Children within Kings County and surrounding areas.
At Victopia Events, our aim is to help our clients celebrate life’s greatest moments by Designing and Building Unique Party themes and Guiding them towards a Party that Best suits them and their guests.
As part of the party planning package, we will discuss with our clients vision & styling of the party to ensure that their child’s dream can become a reality – bringing together an array of ideas for Baby Showers, entertaining little Toddlers, Adventure-packed Parties for Fearless Teens, as well as Sweet 16’s, Prom and Graduation.
Our dedicated children’s party design team of stylists and planners, will do everything they possibly can to create the ideal look, and design to inspire a memorable, magical and fun-filled party experience on your child’s special day. We seek to harmonise the planning process by utilising diverse ideas and mediums that your guests will be amazed by.
We will sync the needs of our clients’ parties from paper to reality – beginning with the strategic planning stages to final execution and ensure that our client’s goals and expectations are met and exceeded – giving parents the stressless free time that they deserve to spend with their children during their birthday parties. No tired clown routines or repetitive games will be offered here!
We will provide excellent entertainment and activities via the team at Victopia Events and carried out through our professional children’s entertainer vendors, trained in the art of keeping an audience enthralled – large or small, boisterous or quiet. We will make sure you and all your guests have a ball!

Victoria Hintze
Founder and Lead Event Planner
Victoria Hintze is the Founder and Lead Event Planner at Victopia Events, which was formed in 2019, with her Co-Founder husband.
Victoria grew up in London, England and has been in North America since 2001. Victoria studied at London College of Fashion, gaining her Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design. Her extensive career stems from London UK to Vancouver BC and now in the USA.
Victoria has a proven background in the field of Advertising, Sales & Marketing, Public Relations and in Fashion Design. She has over eight years of experience in the media industry.
In the UK, she launched Topshop’s special ‘Design Collection’ at the 214 Oxford Street flagship store, called “TS Design”. Victoria also worked for News International as an Advertising Account Executive – heading their Course and Conferences section of The Times Educational Supplement, where she collaborated with their editorial department to run an advertising campaign for the début of “The
Lion King” , which is still running today. She also has experience with both Outdoor and Indoor Billboard advertising and print plus supporting Special Events.
After the arrival of her children, Victoria really got into styling her kids birthday parties, organising parties for her friends and through that decided to form Victopia Events. Victoria’s creativity and history in children’s party planning has allowed her to arrive at children’s party Design & styling that is tactile, creative, boundless and above all, client focused.
Victoria is utterly passionate about excellent customer service and delivering an exceptional client experience at each event. She loves original party themes and gets incredibly excited by unique and over the top party concepts.
Victoria & her husband both currently reside in the State of Washington with their son and daughter. Together with Victoria’s background experiences and husband’s management experiences, they are both capable of handling Victopia Events respectively.
For free time, Victoria Spends most of her time with her family, doing the Hardest of Jobs, bringing up her children with her Husband.
Lana Williams
Event Coordinator
Lana Williams joined Victopia Events In 2021. In her early twenties, she moved to the United States from Europe to study Finance before returning back home to finish her degree.
Lana returned to California after finishing her degree, to pursue her career. Lana has held multiple accounting positions with the most recent being Controller for an Affordable Housing – A Non-Profit Organisation for over ten years.
After moving to Washington State in 2019, she decided to take a break from the corporate world to follow her passion, which has led her to the newest chapter in her career in event planning.
Lana brings her artistic vision and flair to Victopia Events as well as her sound knowledge in accounting. Currently as an Event Coordinator, Lana oversees tasks throughout the event planning process, whilst liaising with members of the team and Vendors to ensure the completion of a successful event.
Lana is married to a wonderful man and has an amazing daughter. In her free time, Lana enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her Family.
